How to Access QR Tickets
Your QR ticket is available on the "MY TICKETS" page.
What You Can Do on the "MY TICKETS" Page
・Display the QR tickets
・Register visitor information
・Transfer tickets to companions
*Only tickets with "QRチケット引取 (QR Ticket Pick-up)" will be displayed in "MY TICKETS." Tickets purchased through other methods will not be shown.
*You cannot access your purchase or application details (such as convenience store payment numbers) in "MY TICKETS." Please visit the "Purchase/Application Details" page to access this information.

STEP 1Go to "My Page"
Click the "マイページ (My Page)" button at the top right of the ticket site.

STEP 2Select a login option
Please select English from the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen, and log in through the "Rakuten ID Member" button.

STEP 3Select Match Date
The matches you have purchased tickets for will be displayed. Please select the match for which you want to display the QR ticket.
1. Match Date
2. Total number of QR tickets (including parking tickets, etc.)
3. Number of QR tickets with unregistered visitor information

STEP 4Select QR Ticket
The tickets are listed individually. Please select the QR ticket you want to display.

STEP 5Review detailed information on the QR ticket screen
The QR ticket screen will be displayed. On this page, you can register visitor information and transfer the ticket to a companion.
1. Register visitor information
*The QR code will be displayed once the visitor information is registered.2. Transfer QR ticket
*The recipient also needs a Rakuten ID.
*QR tickets can be transferred whether visitor information is registered or not.
*If you transfer a ticket with registered visitor information, the information will be deleted. The recipient will need to register the visitor information again. -
STEP 6Register visitor information
- Click on "Registration of Visitor Information" and enter the details of the person who will use the QR ticket.
*Registering visitor information is required to display the QR code. Please ensure that all tickets are registered in advance. - 1. Used by Yourself
The information of the logged-in Rakuten ID will be automatically entered.
2. Used by Companions
Please manually enter the information for your companions.
*All fields are required. If you are unsure about the Japanese, please register all tickets under "1. Used by Yourself." - The QR code will be displayed after registering the visitor information.
*If you are accessing "My Tickets" via a web browser, you can edit the visitor information. Please click "Edit Visitor Information" below the QR code and re-enter the information. (Editing is not possible in the official app.)
Please come to the entrance gate with this QR code displayed.
- Click on "Registration of Visitor Information" and enter the details of the person who will use the QR ticket.

STEP 7Transfer QR Ticket
- To transfer a QR ticket, please enter the recipient's email address in the "譲渡送信先メールアドレス (Transfer Recipient Email Address)" field at the bottom of the ticket screen and press the "譲渡 (Transfer)] button". The recipient will receive an email to accept the ticket.
*The recipient must be able to receive emails from the domain [vissel@tstar.jp].
*The recipient also needs a Rakuten ID.
*If the recipient cannot register a Rakuten ID, the purchaser can register all visitor information and display the QR code, then transfer the QR ticket via screenshot or printout. - After the transfer, the ticket will remain in your "MY TICKETS" with the status "Transferring" until the recipient accepts it.
If the recipient has not yet accepted the ticket, you can cancel the transfer and retrieve the QR ticket by clicking the "譲渡取消 (Cancel Transfer)" button.
Once the recipient accepts the ticket, it will be removed from your "MY TICKETS" list, and you will no longer be able to cancel the transfer.
For Recipients of the Transfer- If you have received an email notification about the transfer of a QR ticket, please access the "受取URL (Receive URL)".
*If you are receiving the ticket on a smartphone or tablet, you will be redirected to the Vissel Kobe official app. (For instructions on how to display the QR ticket in the official app, click here.)
*If you are receiving the ticket on a computer, you will be redirected to "My TICKETS" on the Vissel Kobe official ticket site (this site).
*Depending on the type of ticket, it may not be viewable in the app or "My TICKETS". - After accessing the Receive URL, the recipient should log in with their Rakuten ID. Then, a screen will appear to confirm whether to accept the ticket.After completing the acceptance, please access your "MY TICKETS" and complete the "Register Visitor Information" process. (Refer to Step 6 on this webpage.)
- To transfer a QR ticket, please enter the recipient's email address in the "譲渡送信先メールアドレス (Transfer Recipient Email Address)" field at the bottom of the ticket screen and press the "譲渡 (Transfer)] button". The recipient will receive an email to accept the ticket.
