Article 1: Definitions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to customers who use the various ticket sales services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Rakuten Ticket Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and to the Company itself. By using the Service, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
"Customer" refers to any and all users of this website.
If a minor uses the Service, they must obtain prior consent from their legal guardian each time they use the Service.
Article 2: Scope and Changes of These TermsIn addition to the main text of these Terms, individual provisions also constitute a part of these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the individual provisions, the individual provisions shall take precedence.
The Company may change all or part of these Terms and the individual provisions without prior notice to the customer. Therefore, please be sure to review these Terms and the individual provisions each time you use the Service. After any changes, only the revised content will be valid.
If the Company deems it necessary for the operation or technical aspects of the Service, the Company may change the system or content of the Service without prior notice to the customer.
Article 3: Interruption or Suspension of the ServiceThe Company may interrupt or suspend the operation of all or part of the Service if any of the following conditions apply:
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers due to the interruption or suspension of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 6: Use of Copyrighted Materials, etc.Customers may not use any copyrighted materials, trademarks, etc., provided through the Company's services beyond the scope of personal use as defined by copyright law, trademark law, etc., without the permission of the rights holders.
Unless otherwise specified, copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, and other intellectual property rights related to this site belong to the Company, and customers shall respect the rights of the rights holders.
In the event of a dispute between the customer and the rights holder, the customer shall resolve it at their own responsibility, and even if the customer is held liable for compensation or subjected to criminal penalties, the Company shall not bear any responsibility.
Article 7: Handling of Personal InformationThe Company shall handle customers' personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Company, and customers agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Article 8: Governing LawThe formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Article 9: JurisdictionIn the event of a dispute between the customer and the Company related to the Service, both parties shall resolve the matter through sincere consultation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
Article 10: Supplementary ProvisionsThese Terms shall come into effect on February 8, 2013 (10:00 AM).

Article 3: Interruption or Suspension of the Service
- When performing regular or emergency maintenance and inspection of the Service's system.
- When abnormalities, failures, malfunctions, or other reasons that prevent the Company from providing the Service to customers occur in the equipment installed or managed by the Company.
- When the provision of the Service becomes impossible due to reasons beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as war, riots, civil commotion, labor disputes, earthquakes, eruptions, floods, tsunamis, fires, power outages, or transportation disruptions.
- When the Company deems it necessary for the operation of the Service.
Article 4: Prohibited Actions
- Actions that infringe or may infringe on the copyrights, property rights, reputation, privacy, know-how, or other rights of other users of the Service, third parties, or the Company.
- Actions that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties, or the Company, in addition to the actions mentioned in the previous item.
- Actions that are or may be contrary to public order and morals, or providing information that is contrary to public order and morals to other users of the Service or third parties.
- Criminal acts, acts that lead to criminal acts, or acts that may lead to criminal acts.
- Actions related to politics, religion, or sexual services.
- Business activities using the Service, actions for profit-making purposes, or actions for the purpose of preparing for such activities.
- Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses through or in connection with the Service.
- Illegally using login IDs, passwords, or PINs.
- Actions that violate or may violate these Terms or laws and regulations.
- Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 5: Disclaimer
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties related to the suspension, interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service, delays in the provision of the Service, or any other issues related to the Service.
- While the Company will make every effort to operate the Service based on the current technological standards, it does not guarantee the prevention of information leakage, loss, or alteration by third parties.
- The Company does not guarantee that the quantity of tickets or other items sold through the Service will meet the purchase desires of all customers, nor does it guarantee the truthfulness of the content described on the tickets or other items sold through the Service (including the actual performance of the events as described).
- The Company shall not be responsible for any issues related to undelivered, delayed, or misdelivered emails in connection with the Service.

[Individual Provisions] Ticket Sales
Article 1: Refusal of Sale
The Company may refuse to sell tickets in the following cases:
Article 2: Determination of Sales MethodsThe Company may impose restrictions on the number of tickets purchased, the purchase methods, etc., as necessary.
Article 3: Termination of SalesEven during the sales period, sales for each event will end once the Company's planned number of tickets has been reached. However, if additional tickets become available, the Company may resume sales without prior notice to customers.
The Company may terminate sales before or during the sales period without prior notice to customers. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties as a result of this.
Article 4: Duplicate ApplicationsThe Company shall not be liable for any duplicate applications made due to customer input errors or communication environment issues. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for such payments.
If a specific customer makes multiple applications with the same content and the Company determines that there is no intent to purchase, the Company may forcibly cancel those applications and all subsequent applications.
Article 5: Sending EmailsAfter a ticket application is successfully completed, the Company will send a confirmation email. This email notification is considered to have reached the customer when it reaches the server managing the email address entered by the customer at the time of the ticket application. However, if there are any issues with the application details provided by the customer, such as false, incorrect, or missing email addresses, or unreadable garbled text, the Company may not be able to send a reply email. The Company shall not be responsible for any undelivered, misdelivered, or delayed emails.
Article 6: Cancellations and ChangesThe Company shall separately establish a "Cancellation Policy" for the Service, and customers agree to the terms of the Cancellation Policy.
Article 7: Payment of FeesAfter a ticket application is successfully completed, the ticket price, consumption tax, delivery fees, and other charges (hereinafter referred to as "Fees") will be processed according to the application details provided by the customer.
Customers shall pay the Fees by the method specified by the Company and by the deadline set by the Company.
Article 8: Prohibition of ResaleThe resale of products purchased through the Service for profit, as well as the delegation of resale to third parties, is prohibited. Listing items on auctions or internet auctions is also prohibited.
If the customer violates the preceding paragraph, the event organizer may, at their discretion, invalidate the purchased tickets, refuse to refund the ticket price, and deny entry. If the customer has already entered the venue, they may be asked to leave. The Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased from sources other than directly from the Company, such as "ticket shops," "purchase agents," or "scalpers."
Article 9: Cancellations and RefundsThe Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties due to the cancellation, postponement, or other changes to the event. If a refund of the ticket price is provided due to the cancellation or change of the event, it will be done only within the refund period specified by the event organizer and the Company. No refunds will be made after the refund period has expired.
The refund amount will be limited to the ticket price only. Delivery fees, system usage fees, cancellation fees for accommodation or travel expenses, and other charges besides the ticket price will not be refunded.
Article 10: Loss and TheftTickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss, theft, or damage).
Article 11: Payment by Credit CardFor customers who choose to pay by credit card, a credit authorization process will be conducted. The sales contract is considered established upon the completion of the credit authorization process. If the credit card payment cannot be processed due to false, incorrect, or missing information provided during the ticket application, or for any reason that does not comply with the terms of the respective credit card companies, the Company will not proceed with the ticket sale.
Article 12: Payment at Seven-Eleven and FamilyMartFor customers who choose to pay at Seven-Eleven or FamilyMart, a payment slip number will be provided on the ticket application completion screen and in the application completion email. Customers must pay the Fees at the Seven-Eleven or FamilyMart store by the deadline specified by the Company. The sales contract is considered established upon the completion of the payment. If the payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the Company will not proceed with the ticket sale.
Article 13: Changes to Service ContentThe content of the Service may be changed without prior notice. Notifications will not be provided at the time of changes.
Article 14: Supplementary ProvisionsThese Terms shall come into effect on February 8, 2013 (10:00 AM).
These Terms were partially revised on June 28, 2022 (12:00 AM) and shall come into effect from the same date and time.
- If the customer has made false declarations or failed to make necessary declarations as required by the Company.
- If the customer engages in actions that cause inconvenience to other customers or third parties, or actions that hinder the smooth sales operations of the Company.
- If the customer fails to complete the prescribed procedures within the deadline specified by the Company.
- If the customer does not adhere to the purchase methods specified by the Company.

Cancellation Policy
Regarding Cancellations
Once the application is confirmed, changes, cancellations, and refunds of the application details will not be accepted, except in cases of intentional or negligent acts by the Company. The business model of this Service is not subject to the cooling-off system. Please note that refunds may be issued only in the event of match cancellations or postponements due to force majeure, such as severe weather, earthquakes, or disruptions in public transportation. The refund amount will be limited to the ticket price only, and delivery fees, system usage fees, cancellation fees for accommodation or travel expenses, and other charges besides the ticket price will not be refunded.
Regarding Ticket Scalping ActivitiesThe resale of products purchased through the Service for profit, as well as the delegation of resale to third parties, is prohibited. Listing items on auctions or internet auctions is also prohibited. If this prohibition is violated, the event organizer may, at their discretion, invalidate the purchased tickets, refuse to refund the ticket price, and deny entry. If the customer has already entered the venue, they may be asked to leave. The Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased from sources other than directly from the Company, such as "ticket shops," "purchase agents," or "scalpers."
Supplementary ProvisionsThese Terms were partially revised on January 13, 2023 (4:00 PM) and shall come into effect from the same date and time.
